Agra, New Delhi and Shimla Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Pick up from Rly Stn. / Airport & drive to Agra. On arrival check in AT HOTEL. Proceed for sightseeing. Visit splendid Agra Fort which houses pearl mosque and various other palaces. Later visit "Taj Mahal", renowned for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty. In evening enjoy unforgettable Sun Set near the bank of Yamuna. Return back to the HOTEL. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2
Visit the Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal love; which stands on the banks of River Yamuna.It was built by the 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, with construction beginning in the year 1632, in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Later, visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. Finally visit the tomb of Akbar the Great located in Sikandra, a suburb of Agra.
Day 3
Morning drive to Shimla-Summer capital of India during British period. On arrival, Shimla Check-in to your Hotel. Rest of the free for Individual activities. Overnight at Shimla.
Day 4
Today breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hot spot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - "THE MALL & THE RIDGE" This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo - gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building - are worth seeing. Overnight stay at HOTEL.
Day 5
After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sunder nagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay AT HOTEL in Manali.
Day 6
After breakfast local sightseeing of Manali "HIDIMBA TEMPLE" Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway . "CLUB HOUSE" The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day." Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and "VASHISHT" Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisht and to Lord Rama.
Day 7
Today enjoy excursion to Rohtang Pass also called Snow point- enjoy the beauty of year round snow caped mountails. Overnight Manali.
Day 8
Today enjoy full day excursion to Kullu Valley your tour also includes visit to Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara. Overnight Manali.
Day 9
After Breakfast check out from HOTEL . Drive to Chandigarh. Visit Rock Garden - the lifetime dream of Mr. Nek Chand, Rose Garden And Sukhna Lake in the evening. Overnight at Chandigarh.
Day 10
Morning check out from Chandigarh. In time drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival drop at Rly. Stn ./ Airport for onward journey.
